David and Ethan have been friends since kindergarten and attended Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy together for 13 years. Now proud HBHA alumni, they recently graduated together after growing up side by side through school, sports, Jewish life, and countless creative projects. Their interest in media started at a young age, first through making videos together and eventually expanding into photography, videography, editing, drone work, and design. That shared passion grew into Mitzvah Memories, a business built around capturing meaningful moments and creating content families can keep for years to come.
Ethan Hobbs is a proud Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy alumnus who attended HBHA alongside David for 13 years. He is a skilled videographer, editor, and photographer with experience covering celebrations, community events, and custom projects. Ethan has also been deeply involved in Jewish community leadership, athletics, journalism, and performance. His creativity, people skills, and experience behind the camera help bring a polished and personal feel to every Mitzvah Memories project.
David Wasserman is a proud Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy alumnus who attended HBHA alongside Ethan for 13 years. He has long been interested in technology, photography, videography, editing, drones, and creative production. Over the years, David developed a reputation as the go-to tech person among friends and family while also staying involved in athletics and school activities. He now brings that technical background and creative eye to Mitzvah Memories, helping produce memorable photos, videos, and custom digital projects for clients.
